I would like to say a big THANK YOU for all your help and support over the last few months and during the recent incentive trip. Whilst I was losing the will to live with the hotel on a daily basis my faith only ever grew in you and Details NYC!
The group had an amazing time and the trip is being featured in the company’s internal magazine for co-workers to read to motivate them for the next incentive. Please see below just some of the quotes that have come back so far;

Please could you pass my sincere thanks onto our guide Cayce, she was a dream. She was very intuitive, very quickly with the group. Everybody warmed to her and listened to her vast knowledge. She always had a smile on her face which instantly made me smile (even when I didn’t feel like it). I would definitely request her again for future events in New York.

Let me first start by saying that I never write letters of recommendation for any services. However, praising Details NYC was an absolute necessity. After a very negative experience with a competitor, I was referred to you only four short months before my program was about to take place. I had to start from scratch, and gave you almost no information to build on, yet you were able to almost read my mind and gave me a very detailed proposal in no time and within budget. You provided various ideas and suggestions encompassing a real “city experience,” and being that New York is such a diverse area, that is no easy feat!
From my experience, it is very rare to find a Destination Management Company that is so accommodating. You were so flexible, that every single change, even up to the very last minute of planning was accommodated without question.You handled any curve ball that I threw at you and were always very quick with responding, which always made me feel like I had nothing to worry about.
You were able to provide us with fantastic and creative vendors, suppliers, and on-site staff. All of your tour guides were extremely knowledgeable about the city. I received numerous positive reviews from the attendees about how much they enjoyed the “little extras” that were provided on their tours.
The highlight of the program was the extensive, theme party you arranged for the “awards dinner” which went so smoothly and successfully. What a great evening!
You and your team were so amazing and professional during our experience in New York. Learn For The Cure conference, a personal finance event for over 500 women at the NYC Hilton. With sponsors booked and a two million dollar advertising campaign about to break, what we desperately needed was an experienced event planning professional to step into a leadership role and make sure every detail fell into place.

The holidays are over, yet everyone is still talking about Christmas Eve Day and the lunch you arranged for my sister's birthday! The whole event was perfect from beginning to end-the beautifully decorated private room at Metrazur Restaurant overlooking Grand Central (we would not have found the place on Christmas Eve Day without you), the exotic flower arrangement, which still looks great in my mother's house, to the amazing food and good service. The private tour of Grand Central topped off a day that my sister's friends are still raving about.
My mother and I especially thank you for greeting the whole party and staying to make sure everything was okay. Your attention to detail before and during the event made everything work smoothly. I can't wait until the next big occasion comes up and then I will call you to plan it!
I wanted to thank you so much for all your work chartering the sailboat for our Father's 70th Birthday. We were really at a loss trying to think of something special.
